We are here to provide you with referrals, review your vendor contracts, provide budget assistance, handle the wedding logistics, and guide you through the process from the moment you hire us! During the wedding we'll be there from start to finish. This package begins 12-24 months prior to your wedding.
Includes Wedding Day Management + Partial Planning

- On-site planning sessions and décor guidance
- Assistance with hotel accommodations for out of town guest

Partial Planning
For the hands on couple
This package begins 12-18 months prior to your wedding
Partial Planning includes the Management Package +
- Scheduled Quarterly meetings
- Assistance in defining your wedding design, colors & theme
- Vendor guidance and suggestions that fit your style and budget
- Venue and vendor contract reviews
- Rental item arrival coordination
- 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal (based on availability)
- Clean up & rental return coordination
Wedding Management
AKA - "DAY/MONTH-OF PLANNING"
This package is for couples who prefer to have a hands-on role in planning their wedding, but could use the help of an experienced planner to organize all of the fine details to pull the wedding day together. We will provide you with the tools to help you get started 6-12 months prior to the wedding and then we check in with you approximately 8 weeks prior to the wedding to pull the details together.

- Questions to ask your vendors
- Guest list RSVP checklist and meal tracker
- Creation of your day-of timeline and layout map
- Vendor coordination
- An on-site emergency wedding kit (Stella)
- Coordination of the rental / vendor set up and décor placement
- A second day-of assistant if required
- Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
