As a wedding planner, my role is to bring clarity, creativity, and a sense of calm to every decision, from refining colour palettes to shaping thoughtful floor plans and every meaningful detail in between.
Beyond weddings, I find endless inspiration in the art of celebration itself. Whether it’s a quiet sunrise with my husband, elevating everyday moments at home, or gathering loved ones around the table, I’m constantly reminded that life’s most meaningful memories are created with intention.
Travel has also long shaped the way I see beauty and hospitality, with adventures across nine Canadian provinces, twelve Caribbean islands, and destinations throughout Europe, Australia, South America, and the U.S. My passport is never far, and I’m always dreaming about the next journey and the inspiration it may bring to the celebrations we create.

Land Acknowledgement
Heather, founder and lead Kingston wedding planner, is from the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation community. Her roots continue to guide how we serve couples in Kingston, Prince Edward County, and beyond, with deep respect for the land and all its Peoples. Bowtied With Love is based in Katarokwi/Kingston, Ontario, on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat Peoples. We acknowledge the enduring presence and stewardship of Indigenous Peoples on these lands, and we recognize that our work takes place on territory rich with Indigenous history and culture.
