Partial wedding planning service supports couples who have secured their venue and all of their must have vendors, but would like the guidance of a planner to pull it together and guide the process forward with clarity and intention.

Event Design

Our design and service includes concept developement, and simplifies the creative process, to bring your vision into focus. We provide detailed materials and rental lists, custom floor plan creation to ensure everything is aligned from the start. Through guided questionnaires, curated mood boards, and detailed mockups, we help you define your style and visualize every element, from tablescapes to ceremony spaces. Event Design may be added to any of our services.

Whether you’re exchanging vows somewhere scenic, sentimental, or unexpected, we handle all of the logistics. We offer licensed officiants, carefully curated vendor referrals to match your vision, and custom design, styling, and setups that transforming your vision into reality.

Event Insurance

Your venue may require special event insurance, and it’s something we also strongly recommend for at-home weddings. This coverage is important as it helps protect you from unexpected situations, such as property damage, liability concerns, or last-minute disruptions, so you can move forward with confidence.

We suggest checking with your current insurance provider first to see what options are available. If they don’t offer suitable coverage, companies like PAL provide reliable special event insurance designed specifically for weddings.
