Partial Planning
Partial wedding planning services support couples who have secured their venue and all of their must have vendors, but would like the guidance of a wedding planner to pull it together and guide the process forward with clarity and intention.
From recommending a handful of remaining vendors and finalizing timelines to overseeing logistics and full wedding-day coordination, we ensure everything comes together seamlessly. Think of us as the tie that holds all of vendors and your vision and details together.
Partial Planning starts at $4200. Travel, accomodation, and additional resources may be requried depending on the full scope of services required.

Event Management
Also known as “Day-Of Coordination” + key meetings leading up to the wedding.
Our event management services typically begins six months prior to your wedding. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we review the logistics, refine your timeline, confirm vendors, and finalize the ceremony and reception details with you.
On your wedding day, we orchestrate every moment with care, managing the timeline, coordinating your creative team, and styling your personal décor so you are free to fully immerse yourself in the joy, and emotion of the day, surrounded by the people you love.

We’ll take your inspiration and design a plan that refines your style and makes all the details work together. Through guided questions, curated mood boards, and detailed mockups, we’ll help you visualize your floor plan, tablescapes, rentals, florals, and finishing touches.
We’ll also help you navigate the many talented rental companies, decorators, floral designers, and specialty vendors recommending options that align with your vision, priorities, and budget. This part alone could save you 100’s of hours.
Your design plan will including a curated vendor, materials, rental list, a custom floor plan, and clear direction for making it come to life.
Micro Weddings & Elopements
Intimate by nature and intentionally designed, our signature micro-wedding and elopement planning services are perfect for couples who want a meaningful, beautifully curated experience without the grand scale, yet still include some of the traditional wedding touches.
Whether you’re exchanging vows somewhere scenic, sentimental, or unexpected, we handle all of the logistics. We offer licensed officiants, carefully curated vendor referrals to match your vision, and custom design, styling, and setups that transforming your vision into reality.
