The planning process typically begins 12-24 months prior to your wedding, with regularly scheduled meetings that increase as we move towards your wedding day.
Your investment begins at $3200 for partial planning and $5700 for full planning.

Day-of Coordination
Day-of Coordination
Our "Day-of Coordination" begins weeks and sometimes months before a wedding because we know that a successful event begins with a great plan to ensure that the day you have dreamed of for so long comes to life. Day-of Coordination service is for couples who wish to take the lead on wedding planning, but require additional assistance to make it all come together.
Ideally, your journey with us would begin approximately 6 + months prior to your wedding day. This time will allow us to get to know you better and book key meetings where we will draft a clear day-of timeline, review your invitations and provide recommendations for tracking your RSVPs. On your wedding day we will provide the assistance you need for a beautifully executed, seamless day.
A visit to your venue, custom timeline, vendor, ceremony and reception coordination, and setting up your personal decor are included.

proposals, elopements & corporate events
PROPOSAL PLANNING
Choosing to spend the rest of your life with your partner is a big step. You probably have some ideas about how or where the proposal will happen but pulling it all together could be tougher than you think. From a helicopter ride to simple a nice dinner at home with a private chef we will help you create a fun, romantic proposal that aligns with your love story.
ELOPEMENT PLANNING
Intimate celebrations allow couples to focus on personal touches and fine details. We will help you source your venue, vendors, and decor to create a once in a lifetime elopement experience that you will never forget. We can even be your officiant. This service includes flowers for the couple, Prosecco, a small cake, and 4-6 hours of service on the day. Elopement planning is designed for 2-20 guests. Your investment begins at $1300.
