Connecting With Me

My hours:

My general office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, Sunday mornings, and some Saturdays during the off-season. My schedule varies throughout the year, especially during wedding season, so I appreciate your patience if I’m not always able to respond right away.

Staying in Touch

Email is the best way to reach me. It also helps keep all of our planning details in one place. If something is urgent, please send me a text.

Instagram and Pinterest are great for sharing inspiration, but please send important questions and planning details via email.

Our Meetings

Most of our meetings will happen virtually and can be booked through [this link].

Please, come as you are! There’s no need to dress up for our meetings, comfort is key. My day might have included a venue walkthrough, a vendor meeting or even getting caught in the rain, so comfortable is always welcome    

Vendor Contracts

We’ll ask you to provide a copy of every vendor contract. This is an important part of our planning process and is not optional.

Your contracts contain the details we need to coordinate your vendors properly, including arrival times, services, payment schedules, setup requirements and important policies. Having everything in one place allows us to anticipate needs, communicate accurately and help keep your wedding day running smoothly.

Please save copies of all signed vendor contracts in your Google Drive so they’re easy for both of us to access throughout the planning process.

Stationery & Invitations

Planning paper invitations? I’d be happy to connect you with a local stationery designer, or you can take advantage of our preferred client rates with Minted.

At this meeting, we’ll review your timeline, invitation wording, RSVP details and wedding website to make sure everything is accurate and your guests have all the information they need before those invitations go out.

It’s easy to use, looks great, and most importantly you can add me as an admin. This allows me to access your website when needed and help ensure your timeline, RSVP information, accommodations and other important guest details stay accurate and up to date.
