With nine seasons of experience working alongside the incredible team at Waupoos Estate Winery and Restaurant, we knew R&A’s wedding weekend would be something truly special.
Through our full wedding planning services, we worked closely with the couple to thoughtfully source and curate an exceptional vendor team that brought their timeless waterfront wedding vision to life. From elegant floral design and elevated cuisine to seamless guest experiences, every detail was intentionally selected to reflect the relaxed sophistication of Prince Edward County.
Set at the County’s only waterfront vineyard, the celebration featured crisp whites, soft creams, layered candlelight, and romantic florals that beautifully complemented the vineyard and lakefront backdrop. Guests enjoyed a full wedding weekend experience beginning with a welcome dinner in Picton, where we attended onsite to ensure everything flowed smoothly from start to finish, allowing the couple and their families to simply enjoy the celebration together.
Wedding weekends always come with unexpected moments, and one of ours involved quickly locating a missing key accessory just in time to save the bride’s second look before the evening celebrations began. Those behind-the-scenes moments are often the ones guests never fully see, but they make all the difference in creating a seamless experience.
From cocktail hour at the cabana and a beautiful oyster bar to dancing beneath the tent overlooking the vines, every part of the weekend felt incredible.
